- As a full vegetarian, I don't eat fish. Many meat eaters I know argue that there are certain vitamins you can only get from fish, but a recent article at Tree Hugger argues those benefits may be overrated. There are though no good studies looking at this issue (or are there? I can't find any).
- A new study suggests that even being mildly overweight could take a few years off of your life. Keep in mind, there is no discussion about whether these findings are causal.
